A six-building office campus faced spiralling electricity bills and lacked the granularity to identify which systems or floors were responsible for overconsumption.

Our Solution
Floor-level smart metering was introduced via SONOFF SPM smart power strips and DIN-rail energy meters. A custom aggregation layer normalises data across buildings and surfaces it in an executive dashboard with cost-per-floor breakdowns and anomaly detection.

03 - Outcome
Results
The campus identified three chronically over-lit floors and two HVAC units running outside hours. Corrective action delivered a 26% reduction in the electricity bill within 90 days of go-live.
