These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of b2b.reacteg.com (the "site") and any order you place with React Trade, the wholesale platform of React Egypt operated by React for Creative Solutions ("React Trade", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
1. About us
React Trade is the wholesale storefront of React Egypt, an authorised distributor of Sonoff and a multi-brand supplier of smart-home, automation, audio-visual, and access-control products to dealers, installers, and resellers across Egypt, carrying brands such as Sonoff, eWeLink, Tuya, and Surpass. 2. Eligibility and trade accounts
React Trade is a business-to-business (wholesale) storefront for dealers, installers, and resellers, not for individual end-consumer purchases. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Egyptian law to register a trade account or buy from us. Every trade account is subject to our review and approval before it can place wholesale orders; we may decline or suspend an account that does not qualify, breaches these Terms, or is used for fraud. By using the site, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you give us is true and complete.
3. Your account
- You can register a trade account with your email and a password, or by signing in with Google. We may ask you to verify your email with a one-time code.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
- Tell us promptly at info@reacteg.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, is used for fraud, or is used to abuse the site or our staff.
4. Products, descriptions, and pricing
- All prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and, where applicable, include tax. Wholesale pricing, volume discounts, and any minimum order quantities are shown on the product page and at checkout. Delivery charges are shown separately before you confirm your order.
- We work to keep product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices accurate, but we do not guarantee that they are always error-free. Product images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the item delivered.
- Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or a backorder.
- If we discover an obvious pricing or description error after you order, we will contact you before processing it and you may confirm at the corrected price or cancel the order.
5. How an order is made
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. The order is only accepted, and a contract is formed, when we confirm it (for example, by email or by moving it into processing). We may decline or cancel an order before delivery, for example if the item is out of stock, we cannot verify your details, we suspect fraud, or there was a pricing error.
6. Payment
We accept the following payment methods, which may vary over time and by order:
- Cash on Delivery (COD): pay our courier in cash when your order arrives.
- InstaPay: you provide your InstaPay address/handle and authorise us to send a collection request for the order total, which you approve in your banking app.
- Card payment (where enabled): handled securely by Paymob; your card details are entered on Paymob's page and are not stored by us.
We must receive full payment (or, for COD, a confirmed order) before we dispatch, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Promotional or discount codes are subject to their own conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn or expire at any time.
7. Delivery and pickup
- We deliver across Egypt. A delivery fee is shown before you confirm your order; it may change and free or discounted delivery may apply to some orders.
- Where offered, you can choose to collect your order from one of our locations instead of paying for delivery.
- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can happen for reasons outside our control, such as courier or weather conditions.
- Please check your order on delivery. Risk in the goods passes to you once they are delivered to you or your courier-appointed recipient; for pickup orders, risk passes when you collect them.
- You are responsible for giving us a correct and reachable delivery address and phone number. Extra costs caused by a wrong address or repeated failed delivery attempts may be charged to you.
8. Returns, exchanges, warranty, and cancellations
Our full Returns & Warranty Policy sets out the details that apply to trade orders; in summary:
- 14-day return: you may return an item within 14 days of the invoice date, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and in its original sealed packaging with all accessories, together with valid proof of purchase. Used, incomplete, or misused items, or items returned without their original packaging, cannot be returned.
- Faulty, damaged, or defective items: if a product is damaged, not working, or has a manufacturing defect, request an exchange within 21 days of receiving it and we will replace it at no extra cost after inspection. If a product is damaged by the customer (for example burned or broken), it may be exchanged for 50% of its list price, during the warranty period only.
- Warranty (maintenance): products carry a manufacturer-backed warranty, one year by default, and up to seven years for some brands (for example Sonoff). The warranty covers free repair or spare-part replacement for manufacturing defects; it does not mean replacing the whole product or refunding its value, and it excludes misuse and third-party repairs. - How to request: email info@reacteg.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the reason.
- Cancelling an order: you can ask to cancel an order before it ships. Once it has shipped, the return process above applies.
9. Content you submit
- You are responsible for the messages, support requests, and other content you submit. Keep it honest, lawful, and relevant, and do not post anything offensive, misleading, infringing, or that includes other people's private information.
- We may respond to, decline, or remove submitted content at our discretion.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site. In particular, you must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its security or operation, scrape or copy it at scale, use it to commit fraud, resell access to your trade account to an unapproved third party, or use it in any way that breaks Egyptian law or infringes someone else's rights.
11. Intellectual property
The site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and layout, belong to React for Creative Solutions or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without our written permission. Sonoff, eWeLink, Tuya, Surpass, and other product brand names and logos are the trademarks of their respective owners; we use them as an authorised distributor and reseller.
12. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits any right that cannot be excluded under Egyptian law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
13. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
14. Changes to these Terms and to the site
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you place it. We may also change, suspend, or withdraw products, prices, and features of the site. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we make changes.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. We hope to resolve any issue with you directly, so please contact us first. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts.
